Hello, my name is Harmony Murphy, I have worked almost two decades in the media and tech industry. I started my first management role when I was only 21, there was no playbook, there was nothing that really prepared me for the journey, I was thrown in the deep end – a mix of trial and error of challenge and triumph. I became fascinated with leadership through not just my own journey but working with incredible leaders. I noticed that leadership is such a complex topic and some leadership traits we are born with and have different levels of instinctively and others we develop. I have dedicated my life both within and outside of corporate environments to understand leadership in more depth from travel to Nepal, Brazil, US, and Europe to name a few interviewing and spending time with leaders of all backgrounds and in all different territories to bring content, thought-provokers and cross-pollinated learnings from diverse and visionary leaders.
I myself am an accredited coach (AFC 2021) and globally published business + self-help author, as well as people leader within big brands.
I am able to capture, observe, test and amplify this window into the continual depths of leadership through both a philosophical and behavioural lens. I guess that’s what may have brought you here today? To find out more about yourself, your leadership and delve into the deep end with me!
